• Can I cancel or change my existing order?

A: If you have not yet received a tracking number or updates on shipment on your purchase, then please contact us via info@jaautogroup.co as soon as possible to request cancellation and include your order number, full name, email address.

Please note that in most occasions, cancellation is not possible once your items are shipped. In this case, you can request a return via contacting info@jaautogroup.co and follow our return policy.
